Directions for use:
1 : Start by defining where you want to apply the eyeliner. Use the felt tip to make a dot in the center of the eyelid, in the outer corner, and another aligned with the outer corner of the eyebrow.
2 : Slide the felt tip across the eyelid, connecting the three dots to create a clean line.
